3, 5 or 7 year warranty for motors depending on the brand of motor chosen and whether they are battery operated or hard wired.

Plantation Shutters

Norman plantation shutters come with a 10 year manufacturer’s warranty and a 5 year no questions asked warranty. Norman’s No Questions Asked warranty provides consumers a one-time repair replacement for the same product should it become damaged, defective, or inoperable after the point of installation.

Honeycomb Blinds

Come with a 3 year warranty and a 3 year no questions asked warranty. Norman’s No Questions Asked warranty provides consumers a one-time repair replacement for the same product should it become damaged, defective, or inoperable after the point of installation.
