Meet Our Managing Director – Josh McConnell
Josh is the brains (and heart) behind Delux Blinds! Since launching the company in 2017, Josh has combined over 8 years of industry experience and passion with 20+ years of business ownership, making him a master at delivering top-notch results.
An expert in outdoor blinds and shading systems, Josh is known for his no-nonsense, straight-shooting approach in solving issues.
When he’s not transforming spaces with his shading solutions, you’ll find him passionately cheering on his beloved Melbourne Demons, Mitcham Football Club in the local footy competition or coaching his son’s or daughters local Mitcham footy teams on the weekends.
Josh is all about family, and when he’s not on the field coaching or at work, he loves unwinding in his garden, creating a perfect oasis at home.
Meet Your Office Manager Extraordinaire – Sarah
Being on the ground since the inception of Delux Blinds alongside Josh in 2017, Sarah has been the heart and soul of the operations, administration and ensuring everything runs smoothly and keeping the team connected.
Whether you’re calling for a free measure and quote or visiting the showroom to browse fabric swatches, Sarah is the friendly face (or voice) guiding you through the Delux Blinds process and experience.
Sarah is also the Chief organise of the Delux Blinds Team fun days. Her event coordination also leaves our team refreashed and having a great fun time together.
When she’s not expertly managing the office, Sarah is busy shuttling her three kids to their various sports.
On weekends, you’ll find her escaping to the great outdoors, enjoying an energizing trail run with her friends.
Meet Our Operations Manager – Craig
Craig is the behind-the-scenes expert who keeps everything running like clockwork at Delux Blinds! With over a decade of experience installing blinds and awnings, Craig knows the ins and outs of every indoor and outdoor shading system like the back of his hand.
Craig will be the one that coordinates your check measure, the manufacturing process and the installation with our Techinicans.
His superpower?
A ninja-like ability to stay organized and get things done! Plus, he’s a wizard with a tape measure—precision is his middle name.
When Craig isn’t making the magic happen at Delux, you’ll find him at the park with his adorable Groodle, Doug, making sure he stays just as active as Craig.
