She was patient and professional and listened to our needs to provide us the best options available. We also were lucky enough to receive help from Craig who provided us advice on the placement of the zip screens and double checked measurements. They were so kind and helpful with showing us tips and tricks and advice on the products and even went as far as helping us adjust our exisiting security camera around the installation of the zipscreen.
