Zip Screen Blinds were key in transforming Helens Hill Winery into a functional, all-weather outdoor space. Designed to provide protection from wind, rain, and sun, zip screen blinds allow guests to enjoy the space in comfort while maintaining views and airflow.

Paired with a Marquee Removable Roof System, zip screen blinds create a flexible environment that can be used year-round. The roof features durable Soltis 502 waterproof fabric, offering excellent UV, dirt, and mould resistance backed by a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Zip screen blinds also provide a secure, streamlined finish, making them ideal for commercial spaces like wineries and outdoor entertaining areas. Fully customised to suit the structure, this solution delivers both style and long-lasting performance.

Zip Screen Blinds for Helens Hill Winery

For this installation, the PVC Zip Screen Blinds was paired with a Marquee Removable Roof System to create a fully protected yet flexible outdoor area. This combination allows the winery to host guests comfortably in changing weather conditions, making the space more usable throughout the year.

One of the major benefits of this roofing system is its dimensional stability. The fabric maintains its shape over time without stretching or tearing, even in demanding weather conditions. Multiple custom-fitted fabric panels were installed to ensure full coverage across the apex and angled sections of the structure, resulting in a seamless and professional finish.

The PVC Zip Screen system further enhances the usability of the space. Its smooth zip-guided operation ensures a secure fit, reducing gaps and improving weather protection. This makes it especially effective in outdoor hospitality settings where maintaining comfort is essential for customer experience.

This project was fully customised to suit the structure and requirements of Helens Hill Winery. All components, including fittings, fabric, manufacturing, and installation, were carefully planned and executed. While every effort was made to account for all variables during the proposal stage, final adjustments may occur after the build and check measure to ensure precision and optimal performance.
